1. Escucha con traducción

Escucha un par de veces hasta que entiendas bien la historia.

Student: I'm feeling stuck with my English.
Estudiante: Me siento atascado con mi inglés.

Teacher: Why do you feel that way?
Profesor: ¿Por qué te sientes así?

Student: I'm not improving fast enough.
Estudiante: No estoy mejorando lo suficientemente rápido.

Teacher: Learning takes time and patience.

Student: It's frustrating.

3. Escucha y practica responder

Teacher: Why do you feel that way? Is the teacher asking why?  [YES/NO], he is.

Student: I'm not improving fast enough. Is the student happy with her progress?  [YES/NO], she isn't.

Teacher: Learning takes time and patience. Does learning take time?  [YES/NO], it does.

Student: It's frustrating. Is the student frustrated?  [YES/NO], she is.

Teacher: You've made a lot of progress. Has the student made no progress?  [YES/NO], she hasn't.

Student: It doesn't feel like it. Does the student feel she's progressing?  [YES/NO], she doesn't.

Teacher: Every bit of progress counts. Does all progress matter?  [YES/NO], it does.

Student: I want to be fluent. Does the student want fluency?  [YES/NO], she does.

Teacher: Keep practicing consistently. Should the student stop practicing?  [YES/NO], she shouldn't.

Student: It's hard to stay motivated. Is staying motivated easy?  [YES/NO], it isn't.

Teacher: Think about the benefits. Are there benefits to learning English?  [YES/NO], there are.

Student: Like what? Is the student asking for examples?  [YES/NO], she is.

Teacher: More job opportunities and travel. Is the teacher mentioning hobbies?  [YES/NO], he isn't.

Student: That sounds great. Does the student think that sounds bad?  [YES/NO], she doesn't.

Teacher: English connects you with more people. Does English help you connect?  [YES/NO], it does.

Student: I want that. Does the student want to connect with more people?  [YES/NO], she does.

Teacher: You're capable and progressing. Is the teacher saying the student can't do it?  [YES/NO], he isn't.

Student: Thank you. Is the student expressing gratitude?  [YES/NO], she is.

Teacher: Don't give up. Keep going. Is the teacher telling the student to quit?  [YES/NO], he isn't.

Student: I'll try. Is the student willing to try?  [YES/NO], she is.

Teacher: You're doing great. Is the teacher criticizing the student?  [YES/NO], he isn't.

Student: Thanks for the encouragement. Is the student thankful for the support?  [YES/NO], she is.
